Junior Business Analyst

Join our Digital Solutions & Support team! The role of a Junior Business Analyst is to perform tasks related to maintaining robust business application systems, and provide effective support for end users.

• Work closely with the Senior Business Analyst to assist in translating business requirements into technical specifications and development tasks
• Coordinate and manage day-to-day application issues by triaging requests, assigning them to the relevant developers, and tracking them through to resolution
• Troubleshoot applications-related issues to resolution in collaboration with the BA and relevant stakeholders
• Prepare technical documentation and conduct user training when required. e) Support and participate thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end users, and provide post-deployment support as required
• Participate in technical design sessions and assist Senior Business Analyst in producing a Solution Design Document (SDD) for small projects, if required
• Define data requirements and work with developers to ensure data sources (e.g. S3 call recordings, logs) are properly extracted and made available for ETL and reporting
• Maintain and monitor real-time dashboards and historical reports ensure data accuracy and completeness, and gather/report enhancement requirements from stakeholders
• Manage Change Requests, conduct feasibility studies and perform day-to-day applications support to end users
• Ensure clean deployment and proper setup of systems within the UAT and live system environments
• Adhere to company project management governance and applications governance standards
• Support the Head of IT and/or Senior Business Analyst in monitoring the performance of IT systems and recommending improvements
• Perform other duties as directed by the Head of IT and/or Senior Business Analyst

• Diploma in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in applications support roles, Fresh Graduates are welcome
• Preferably with Hands-on experiences in few development frameworks such as C#, JavaScript, Python, HTML, Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, and/or Microsoft SQL Server.

• Good applications-support and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Ability to understand user needs and providing support from requirements gathering to postdeployment
• Stay updated with evolving technologies, frameworks, and best practices
• Adapt to changing business priorities and technical requirements.
