The Opportunity

Adecco is partnering our client, one of the world's largest Tech Firm
We are looking for a Project Coordinator
The role will start out as a contract
Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred

The Talent

Proficient in Microsoft or Google Suite applications
Experienced in using tools like PowerBI and similar applications.
Skilled in process mapping and managing brainstorming sessions to derive potential solutions
Project management, process improvement and Six Sigma-related projects experience will be plus
Experienced in Tech, eCommerce or similar environment will be a plus

Job Description

Lead multiple process improvement projects, collaborating with senior executives and operations teams.
Identify customer needs and key drivers to achieve customer satisfaction goals with financial benefits.
Perform business process mapping and analysis.
Partner with the leadership team to select improvement areas, develop a robust improvement strategy, and integrate recommendations with other programs and initiatives.
