Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming premium retail experience
Introduce and educate customers on health and wellness products
Recommend suitable products based on customer's needs and lifestyle goals
Support daily store operations, including cashiering, POS transactions, and opening/closing procedures
Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and product displays
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment and stock management
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty
Support store promotions, events, and customer engagement activities when required
Achieve individual and store sales targets

Requirements

Prior retail sales experience is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds
Proficiency in Mandarin and/or other languages will be an added advantage
Interest or knowledge in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), wellness products, health supplements, or Cordyceps will be an advantage
Positive, proactive, and sales-driven attitude
Comfortable working retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
