• $500 - $6000 Basic + $1250 Transport + AWS + Comm

Adecco is partnering with a Global Leader in Laser Shaft Alignment & Condition Monitoring System looking for proactive regional sales engineer to the expansion in Oil & Gas, Marine, Power, Heavy Machinery & Industrial application.

The Job:

• Drive Sales Growth via Distribution Channels - Lead distributor relationship management, execute integration plans, and expand coverage into new territories and verticals to increase market share.
• Enhance Channel Partner Performance - Identify, onboard, and develop distributors through structured training, performance scorecards, and focused strategic support.
• Manage Strategic Accounts - Collaborate with management to execute channel account plans, manage tender processes, and cultivate key stakeholder relationships.
• Optimize Sales Pipeline and Forecasting - Establish and maintain funnel management processes to ensure accurate forecasting and maximize opportunity conversion.
• Collaborate with Marketing to Drive Demand - Partner with marketing teams to design and deliver channel marketing campaigns, sales enablement tools, and product demonstrations to stimulate end-user demand.

The Talent:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Technical Discipline
• 2 - 5 years sales expereince in Oil & Gas / Marine / Power / Offshore / Heavy Machinery / Industrial
• Required to travel overseas
• Exposure on Japanse Langauge/Culture is an advantage
