HR Executive (Talent Acquisition)

The role works closely with Hiring Managers, government agencies, educational institutions, and external stakeholders to build a sustainable talent pipeline.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand manpower requirements and coordinate recruitment activities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through job portals, social media, employee referrals, career fairs, and networking platforms.
• Collaborate with WSG, e2i, educational institutions, and external recruitment partners on talent attraction initiatives.
• Participate in career fairs, recruitment drives, and employer branding activities.
• Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers.
• Monitor recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and labour market developments to support hiring strategies.
• Prepare employment contracts, appointment letters, confirmation letters, contract renewals, and other employment-related documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and maintain employee records within the HR Information System (HRIS).
• Process internal transfer requests and support staff movement administration.
• Prepare monthly reports on headcount, recruitment activities, vacancies, and attrition trends.
• Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records in compliance with data protection requirements.
• Process work pass applications, renewals, issuance, cancellation, and appeals.
• Monitor work pass validity, quota utilisation, levy requirements, and renewal timelines.
• Liaise with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and relevant authorities on employment pass matters.
• Support staff wellness, engagement, and employee experience initiatives.
• Assist in HR transformation, digitalisation, and process improvement projects.
• Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and organisational development initiatives as assigned.

• Holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline with at least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations.
• Prior experience in handling end-to-end recruitment processes and work pass administration.
• Good understanding of recruitment methodologies and talent sourcing and selection tools.
• Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM work pass regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Good organisational, coordination, and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
