Job Summary:

The Influencer Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our influencer marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Strategy and Collaboration:

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with the company's marketing goals and target audience.
  • Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers in the consumer goods space.
  • Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, including contracts and deliverables.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with influencers to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI.

Content Creation and Collaboration:

  • Work closely with influencers to ideate and create engaging content, including social media posts, videos, and blog articles.
  • Ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Provide guidance and support to influencers to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.

Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with influencers, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Communicate the brand's values and messaging effectively to influencers.
  • Foster authentic partnerships that drive brand loyalty and advocacy.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Compile and analyze data on influencer marketing campaign performance.
  • Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine influencer marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and influencer trends.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to identify innovative influencer opportunities.
  • Proficiency in influencer marketing tools and analytics.
