Job Summary
The Human Resource & Admin Executive is responsible for supporting to manage the company's HR functions, while also ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a HR & Admin Executive with a strong focus on Recruitment, Performance Management and Work Pass administration to help support and grow our talented workforce.- Support the manager in managing all HR functions (Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Budgets, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Policy Development and Planning, etc.)
- Assist to develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation, probation completion, and exit procedures.
- Handle work pass administration, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and issuance.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Provide administrative support for HR operations, including office supplies management and vendor sourcing.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents for management and regulatory compliance.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field of study is required.
- Candidates must possess at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and meticulous personality, ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Highly adaptable in fast-paced working environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
