• Operations & Site Management:Oversee daily cleaning operations to ensure compliance with service agreements (SLAs) and high-quality standards.Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness standards.Develop and implement operational SOPs, workflows, and productivity improvements.Resolve operational problems, complaints, and service adjustments efficiently.
• Manpower Management:Coordinate staff schedules, deployment, and attendance for multiple sites.Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor supervisors and cleaners.Manage employee performance, appraisals, discipline, and welfare.
• Resource & Financial Control:Manage the inventory of cleaning chemicals, consumables, and equipment.Manage site budgets, control operational costs, and report on financial performance.Maintain machinery in safe, operational condition.
• Compliance & Safety:Ensure all cleaning processes comply with WSH (Workplace Safety & Health) guidelines and environmental standards.Investigate accidents or safety breaches and implement corrective actions.
• Client Relations & Reporting:Act as the primary contact for clients to build relationships and handle feedback.Prepare monthly operational reports, incident logs, and performance metrics.
