Sales Engineer, Singapore - Geylang
As a Sales Engineer, your mission is to deliver exceptional pre-sales engineering support to our partners and customers. By developing strong relationships as a trusted advisor, you help us drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
As part of the Singapore sales team, working closely with the marketing team, your responsibilities include product demonstrations, project design support, events, customer meetings, and supporting colleagues and partners on technical and product-related matters.
You’ll be in a unique position to learn the latest about our products and solutions and how they are used in a broad range of application areas, from security to industry projects. In this role you will work with our products and our partners and customers daily.
This role is based in Singapore.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide technical assistance throughout the sales process include delivering of solution and proof of concepts (POC) demonstrations to partners and customers.
- Provide pre-sales support through compliance preparation, pre-bid meetings, and product solution presentations
- Conduct tailored training workshops for internal stakeholders, distributors, partners, and consultants
- Keep distributors and resellers updated on technical pre-sales matters
- Support integrators and software development partners during project sales
- Create technical pre-sales documentation
- Identify new business opportunities when communicating with partners and customers
- Manage the relationship with key software development partners
- Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams for Axis & Partner Events
- Manage equipment loans to distributors and partners
- Lead the maintenance and enhancement of company's demo products and Axis Experience Center (AEC) by creating engaging narratives, curating innovative displays, and updating the storyboard to showcase product capabilities
- Being based in APAC HQ Singapore, you may collaborate with regional colleagues in solutioning and storyboarding the next growth area(s).

Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in similar capacity, preferably in the CCTV Network Security industry with expertise in Network Video Solutions
- Proven pre-sales experience in the IT channel within a multinational environment
- Experience with video surveillance systems, audio network products, network access control systems, VMS software, and hardware technology is a plus
- Ability to deliver effective presentations and demonstrations to audiences at all levels
- Strong performance in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Knowledge of networking, IP-based technologies, and network infrastructure
- Professional certifications from CISCO, Microsoft, along with CCTV industry experience preferred
