Who We Are:
We are a well-established language institution with over 13 years of presence in Singapore, offering a wide range of language programmes including English, Chinese, French, Spanish, and Japanese. As we enter an exciting phase of business expansion, we are looking for a Marketing Director with strong passion and proven expertise in market operations and strategic growth.
About the Role:This leadership role is ideal for someone who is ready to take ownership of brand growth and market development. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping marketing strategies, building teams, and driving business results across local and regional markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive enrolment and brand visibility.
- Lead digital campaigns, community outreach, and brand-building initiatives.
- Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, including assembling and leading a specialised team focused on the China market.
- Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities in both mainstream and niche segments.
- Collaborate closely with academic and operations teams to align marketing and business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing, business development, or education-related sectors.
- Strong cross-cultural understanding and communication skills.
- Experience in the China market and/or with Singapore’s new immigrant communities is a strong advantage.
- Leadership and team-building experience preferred.
- Adaptability and initiative to drive results in a fast-evolving business environment.
