The Professional Services (PS) Centre is a business platform that connects companies with professional services providers, facilitates business matching and referrals, and supports regional business growth opportunities.

The Executive/ Senior Executive, PS Centre is responsible for driving the growth, activation and outcomes of the PS Centre in Singapore as the home base and strategic anchor of the PS Centre network regionally.

Working closely with ISCA’s alliance partners and internal stakeholders, this role positions the PS Centre as a trusted platform that connects businesses with relevant professional services providers, facilitates meaningful business matching and referrals, and supports companies in their growth and cross-border expansion journey.

Key Responsibilities:

PS Centre Ecosystem & Business Development
  • Act as the Singapore lead for PS Centre, supporting the growth and activation of the ecosystem through partnerships, business engagement and collaboration with stakeholders locally and regionally.
  • Facilitate business matching, referrals and connections between businesses and professional services providers across areas such as accounting, tax, legal, valuation, corporate advisory and related services to support business growth and cross-border opportunities.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities, build a qualified pipeline of referrals and track follow-through to measurable outcomes.
  • Support the development and execution of engagement plans, programmes and activities that enhance the visibility and value of the PS Centre.
Alliance Partner & Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with alliance partners, corporate members, chambers, professional firms, business associations and ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Coordinate collaborative initiatives, outreach activities, referrals and thought leadership opportunities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support stakeholder engagement efforts to drive participation, partnerships and ecosystem outcomes.
PS Centre Operations & Reporting
  • Support the day-to-day operations and activation of the PS Centre, including coordination of events, partners and vendors.
  • Track referrals, partnerships, programme outcomes and KPIs, and prepare reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure proper coordination, governance and follow-through of ongoing initiatives and activities.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, International Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in business development, corporate engagement, partnership management, professional services, chamber / association and ecosystem-related work.
  • Experience working with and engaging senior executives, business leaders and strategic partners.
  • Experience in driving partnerships, business engagement, referrals, networking events or market expansion initiatives would be advantageous.
  • Good understanding of Singapore’s business ecosystem and regional/cross-border business expansion trends is preferred.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, connect demand and supply, and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across businesses, professional services firms, alliance and ecosystem partners
  • Strong programme management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, events and workstreams concurrently.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the PS Centre credibly at senior levels
  • Self-driven, resourceful and able to operate with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
  • Good reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to track outcomes, interpret trends and recommend improvements.
  • Proficiency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or another regional language would be advantageous for cross-border stakeholder engagement.
