Senior/ Finance Manager (Healthcare, Flexible work arrangement, Up to $7k)
Responsibilities
Oversee accounts payable/receivable, cash flow, fixed assets, and general ledger.
Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly P&L, cash flow forecasts, budgets, and GST submissions.
Lead budgeting and review exercises with departments.
Monitor investments and ensure timely grant submissions
Reconcile grant funds and ensure proper accounting of restricted/designated funds.
Maintain donor records and issue tax receipts.
Submit donor information to IRAS.
Maintain strong internal controls and address audit findings.
Lead internal and external audits
Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
Provide daily guidance and support to the team.
Requirements
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related field.
Chartered Accountant qualification preferred.
Knowledge of charity accounting, donations, and grants is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and perform under pressure.
