Salary package: Gross up to $6000 (Basic depending on experience)
Working Day: Mon to Fri (9am to 6pm)
Work Location: Company transport provided from Joo Koon MRT

Benefits: $1000 Transport allowance + Travel expenses fully reimbursed + VB

Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily project activities to ensure timely delivery
Liaise with Technical, Ops Admin & Sales on surveys, designs & documentation
Plan manpower, equipment delivery & work schedules (installation/maintenance/dismantling)
Track site & workshop progress; provide updates to clients/stakeholders
Support site inspections for safety, quality & compliance
Prepare and submit service reports and project documentation on time
Coordinate with engineers on design reviews, inspections & certifications
Assist with user training and safety briefings
Support incident investigations and reporting
Maintain project records, inventory tracking & ERP updates

Requirement:

Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving licence is a MUST, owning a vehicle is an advantage
Able to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
At least 2 years of experience as project coordinator or similar role preferred
Knowledge with AutoCAD is an advantage.
