• Process and update Accounts Receivable (AR) collections accurately and promptly in the accounting system
• Ensure timely notification of incoming funds to support shipment documentation processing
• Monitor emails and prepare Debit Notes (DN) and Credit Notes (CN)
• Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of accounting documents
• Handle petty cash administration and staff cash advance requests, including foreign currency arrangements
• Prepare payment vouchers and process GIRO/electronic fund transfers
• Submit Trust Receipt (TR) applications to banks for factory invoices
• Update factory invoices accurately and on time within the accounting system
• Support monthly accrual preparation for agent commissions
• Perform Profit & Loss checks for sales invoices and factory costs
• Prepare monthly sales invoice Profit & Loss reports
• Generate monthly individual sales performance reports
• Conduct year-on-year sales product comparison analysis for management presentation
• Prepare monthly sales distribution reports by region and product category
• Compile half-yearly Advertising & Promotion (A&P) reports for marketing reference
• Assist with ad-hoc finance and reporting assignments assigned by Management

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Hands-on experience handling full set of accounts will be highly advantageous
• Familiar with Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and financial reporting processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Meticulous, organised, and able to meet reporting deadlines
• Strong communication and coordination skills
