• About the Role Are you ready to elevate aviation safety and training standards across the region? We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Aviation Training Engagement Manager to join a global aviation training initiative. In this role, you’ll work closely with airline partners to implement a modern, competency-based training framework that empowers pilots and enhances flight safety.

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned airline partners throughout the training deployment process.
• Collaborate with airline teams to assess training needs and co-develop tailored implementation strategies.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support adoption of new training methodologies.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful integration of the training framework.
• Monitor deployment progress, gather feedback, and share insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or minimum 5 years of experience in airline training, flight operations, or safety management.
• Familiarity with competency-based training (training will be provided).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives and solve problems independently.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to support airline partners across the region.
