Environmental Control Officer

Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor environmental control measures in line with NEA, BCA, and HDBrequirements.
- Conduct daily site inspections and ensure proper housekeeping, silt control, and waste management.
- Coordinate with RE/RTOand site team to resolve non-compliance promptly.
- Oversee vector control and mosquito prevention programs.
- Prepare ECO inspection reports and follow up on corrective actions.
- Liaise with authorities (NEA, PUB, HDB) during audits and inspections.
- Certified Environmental Control Officer (ECO)with valid NEAcertificate.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in HDB construction projects.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations, waste management, and vector control.
- Able to conduct site checks independently and prepare reports accurately.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Diploma in Environmental, Building or Civil Engineering preferred.
- Possession of CSOC is an advantage.
