Maintenance Technician

Objectives of the Position:

Responsible for basic maintenance of equipment & Automation Routing Servicing within the premises, with a focus on candidates who possess good electrical knowledge.

Follows instructions and schedules closely for conducting regular preventive maintenance work such as changing of lubrication oil, tuning machine speeds and other calibration on the food production equipment.

1. Responsible for the basis preventive routine maintenance schedule of essential Facilities &

Equipment such as:

• Mixers
• Blender Machines
• Spray Dryers
• Homogenizer
• Extruder
• Milling
• Liquid Nitrogen & Nitrogen System
• Reactor Vessel
• Sifter
• Liquid Dispensing system.
• Packing M/C
• Strapping M/C
• Weighting Scales
• Pilot Plant Machineries

1. Demonstrate strong electrical skills, including proficiency in using electrical test

• Recognized qualification in Professional Certificate / NITEC in Engineering or related discipline.
• Basic aircon knowledge will be advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Self-motivated and work independent.
• Understand & interpret basic technical drawing.
• Experience in relevant industry.
• Have basic safety and food hygiene knowledge.

Additional Info:

• Working hours is from 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday
• Frequent shuttle bus from/to Lakeside MRT & Factory
