Position : Business Analyst - Public Sector Exp
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
- Understanding of user "pain points", providing solutions to them.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of product backlogs.
- Analyze and document business processes and workflows.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in Agile methodologies and business analysis.
Requirements:
- Min 7-8 years experience required, IT related tertiary education.
- Proven experience of at least 5 6 years' as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA & Confluence.
- Certification as a Scrum Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master or equivalent is a must.
- Having businessanalysis work experience with SG Public Sector is a plus.
- Having businessanalysis work experience with large scale digital transformation projects is a plus.
