Our client is a leading investor advocacy organization dedicated to promoting investor education, corporate governance, and shareholder engagement in Singapore. and is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Executive / Senior Executive, Corporate Engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate shareholder engagement events, dialogue sessions, and investor programmes
• Liaise with listed companies, sponsors, and financial institutions on corporate initiatives
• Promote ESG and corporate governance programmes to stakeholders
• Support investor education events, awards, and fundraising activities
• Manage sponsorship deliverables and corporate partnerships
• Maintain corporate databases and provide administrative support
• Collaborate with internal teams on corporate engagement initiatives

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing and/or relevant fields
• Minimum 1 year experience in Accounts Servicing, Fund Raising, Project Management and/or relevant fields is preferred
• Deep knowledge or have a strong interest in financial services, ESG and charity sector
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent in oral and written command of the English language is essential, proficiency in Chinese language will be an added advantage
• People oriented and a team player
• Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Location: Maxwell
• Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
• Salary: $4,562 basic + Variable Bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
