Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities- Assist in developing and executing corporate communications strategies
- Assist in drafting, editing and proofreading communications materials including media releases, speeches and other media materials
- Assist in conceptualising, collating, drafting and publishing Corporate Communications publications and collaterals
- Support the development and implementation of communications strategies for events
- Provide communications support for events, including on-site coordination and media activities as well as post-event coverage
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing corporate and stakeholder visits, including preparation of briefing materials, programmes, and follow-up communications
- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports or summaries
- Help maintain communications databases and archives
- Perform ad-hoc and administrative duties to support the team
- May be required to work on weekends as and when needed, with time-off given
