Job Summary

Lead the development and execution of innovative payment and trading product roadmaps, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver secure, scalable fintech solutions that drive business growth and enhance user experiences.

• Lead the product roadmap for payment products across web and mobile platforms, merchant platforms, and internal administration systems to drive business growth and innovation
• Collaborate with business development, engineering, risk, compliance, and management teams to deliver high-performing fintech solutions aligned with regulatory requirements
• Design and ship world-class payment experiences and trading-related product features that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Support future trading initiatives by integrating trader workflows and enhancing platform capabilities to meet evolving market demands
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, user stories, and sequence flows to translate product vision into actionable design and development plans
• Manage the full product development lifecycle, including UX design, testing, production support, and operations optimization to ensure product quality and reliability
• Conduct market research to analyze competitive landscapes and identify opportunities to maintain product competitiveness
• Utilize data analytics to design dashboards and optimize products through data-driven insights, improving performance and user engagement
• Apply knowledge of payment risk, compliance requirements, reconciliation, and settlement processes to ensure secure and compliant product delivery
• Adapt and thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment, demonstrating self-driven motivation and a commitment to rapid career growth
