What you'll be doing?- Assess Needs: Evaluate clients' physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and occupational needs to design effective intervention plans.
- Support Participation: Enable seniors to engage meaningfully in their environment through caregiver training, home assessments, and modifications.
- Prescribe Aids: Recommend appropriate aids or assistive devices to enhance daily living activities.
- Collaborate: Participate in quality improvement, research, and collaborative projects with therapists and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to clinical protocols and service standards to maintain high-quality care.
- Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in a related discipline is required. Registered with Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
- Thrive Collaboratively: Someone who excels in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
- Strong Communication: Proficiency in communication and problem-solving skills is essential.
- Google Suite Proficiency: Familiarity with Google Suite applications is a plus.
- Travel Ability: Openness to travel to various locations for work.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in more than one local language can be beneficial for better community engagement.
