Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing activities, presentations, and client engagement events.
  • Translate and prepare proposals, reports, and marketing materials between English and Japanese.
  • Support tender submissions, project marketing documents, and promotional content.
  • Liaise with Japanese HQ and regional offices on project updates and corporate communications.
  • Organize client visits and visits from HQ personnel.
  • Conduct market research and prepare competitor/industry analysis reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing & Business Development team.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and English, both written and spoken.
  • 1–3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Knowledge of ACMV or construction industry is advantageous but not mandatory.

Personal Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Manage CEO’s or Director’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare documents, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and communication with internal and external parties.
  • Act as liaison between management, departments, and business partners (including Japan HQ).
  • Translate meeting notes, contracts, and business documents (for Japanese-speaking position).
  • Prepare sales quotations, tenders, and marketing presentation materials.
  • Maintain and update sales, client, and contract records accurately.
  • Support office operations including procurement, filing, and general administration.
  • Assist in planning and coordination of company events, business trips, and marketing activities.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication across all departments.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in executive or secretarial support.
  • Japanese-speaking role: JLPT N2 or above, with ability to translate business documents.
  • English-speaking role: Excellent written and spoken English; experience in Legal or Banking sectors preferred.
