About the role

We are seeking a skilled and organised Office/Executive Administrator to join our team on a contract basis, providing maternity cover within our dynamic administrative department.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage the ordering and upkeep of pantry supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Coordinate and oversee the repair and maintenance of office furniture, including desks and chairs, liaising with external contractors where required.
  • Handle internal stationery requisitions, including ordering, packing, and distribution.
  • Support the Admin Helpdesk by managing walk‑in and online enquiries from staff.
  • Supervise outsourced service providers to ensure sufficient manpower and service standards for office cleaners and pantry (tea lady) services.
  • Process suppliers’ invoices and liaise with the Finance team to ensure timely payment.
What we're looking for
  • Previous experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative support role, ideally within a professional services environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise a varied workload and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with individuals at all levels
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
