Are you a seasoned Construction Manager looking to take on a landmark project? Our client, a highly reputable A1 Main Contractor with an outstanding track record in delivering large-scale developments, is seeking a capable and driven Construction Manager to lead a mixed-use development project from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth execution of the project within schedule and budget
Lead and manage construction teams, subcontractors, and site personnel
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards
Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities to resolve technical and site issues
Monitor progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders
Manage procurement, logistics, and construction resources efficiently

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or related discipline
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in building construction, with proven leadership in mixed-use or large-scale developments
Prior experience with an A1 main contractor is highly preferred
Prior experience in mixed development is highly preferred
Strong coordination, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
