Sales cum Admin Executive (Maid Agency)
We are looking for a dedicated Sales cum Admin Executive to support daily operations in our maid agency. This role combines customer-facing sales responsibilities with administrative coordination to ensure smooth helper placement and documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Functions- Attend to customer enquiries via walk-in, phone, and online platforms
- Recommend suitable domestic helpers based on client requirements
- Explain agency services, pricing, and placement procedures
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed sales
- Coordinate interviews between clients and helpers
- Maintain client relationships and provide after-sales support
- Process documentation including IPA, contracts, biodata, and declarations
- Coordinate work permit applications in compliance with MOM regulations
- Maintain accurate records of clients, helpers, and payments
- Track deposits and balances, liaising with finance when required
- Work closely with overseas suppliers for helper sourcing and documentation
- Ensure proper filing and updating of internal systems
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level / Diploma
- Prior experience in maid agency / sales / admin preferred
- CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) – Mandatory
- Familiarity with MOM processes is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
