Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced senior software consultant to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong technical background combined with proven experience in managing and delivering complex projects. The ideal candidate will lead our technical team, ensuring high-quality deliverables, while also overseeing the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of IPAAS engineers, developers, and other technical professionals.
- Oversee the design, and development of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Provide hands-on coding and debugging when necessary, serving as the technical point of escalation
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to deployment, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Present technical solutions and project progress to clients and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Maintain and support production servers and applications to ensure high availability and performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.
- Coordinate customers for migrating from old solution to new solution
- Encourage a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes knowledge sharing and teamwork.
Required Skills:
- Experience in various IPAAS solutions like Tibco, Mulesoft, Boomi, Workato
- Experience in Boomi Integrations
- Experience in Boomi Flow
- Experience in Oracle Database
- Experience in AWS cloud computing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Experience in Banking client projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent understanding of the Agile development methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of managing client relationships.
- Certification in IPAAS (Boomi) Solutions
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent work experience, or combination
Experience: 11 to 20 years
