Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to CEO or Founder, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, and prepare detailed itineraries.
  • Document Management: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Ensure accurate and confidential handling of sensitive information.
  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and office services to ensure a well-functioning work environment.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling inquiries and providing timely responses.
  • Event Planning: Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and team-building activities.
  • Project Support: Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives, including research, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and support executive needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
