Accounts Executive (Full Sets) Oil & Gas Trading - Toa Payoh

Our client is one of the leading player in the Oil and Gas MNC. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting an Accounts Executive to be part of their Finance team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central Area - easily accessible.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle daily issuance of sales invoices and maintain invoice/payment registers
• Update daily sales and purchase records, including Physical, Paper, and Opex transactions, and perform monthly reconciliations
• Maintain and value monthly inventory records and fair value assessments
• Reconcile suspense accounts and ensure accurate reclassification of freight costs in the system
• Track invoice due dates to ensure timely payments and follow-up

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or relevance
• At least 2 years of accounting experience in Oil & Gas industry
