Pasir Ris - Sales Associate

The Sales Associate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by building client relationships, promoting our catering services, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences from inquiry to event execution.

• Respond to incoming inquiries (phone, email, website) about catering services, menus, packages, and pricing.
• Prepare and send quotations / proposals to prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads to convert into confirmed bookings.
• Attend client meetings, food tastings, site inspections as needed.
• Liaise with operations, kitchen, logistics to ensure client requirements are understood and executed.
• Maintain and update CRM / order management systems with accurate records (sales pipeline, client feedback, orders).
• Support promotional / marketing activities (e.g. food fairs, sampling, social media, collaborations).
• Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service — addressing client issues / concerns promptly.
• Occasionally work during weekends / public holidays when events require.

• Diploma / degree in Business / Hospitality / Marketing or related field preferred.
• Previous experience (1-3 years) in sales in F&B / catering / hospitality industries.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good presentation skills; able to tailor proposals to clients.
• Detail-oriented, good planning and follow-up skills.
• Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, handle multiple projects.
• Comfortable working irregular hours as events often happen at non-standard times.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or ERP systems a plus.
