Data Operations Admin (Flight Operations)

Salary: Up to $2500 (Depending on experience/qualification)

Job Duties:

• Verify, upload, and maintain documents across multiple document management systems (DMS)
• Ensure all publications are accurately updated and compliant with internal and regulatory standards.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies in documentation promptly.
• Perform system housekeeping and administrative tasks, including correct document installation and downloads.
• Collaborate with different department to address pilot-reported issues efficiently.
• Provide timely support and resolutions to minimize operational disruptions.
• Assist in continuous user testing and verification of system functionalities.
• Support deployment activities and ensure new features are fully tested before rollout to Flight Crew.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in aviation related (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, good with follow ups
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Good in Excel
• Singaporeans Only.
