We are inviting candidates for the position of :

Account Services Executive ( Client Servicing )

The Account Services Executive is responsible in managing clients and coordinating with internal and external partners. He/she will be part of the Events, Exhibitions & Conferences teams, working along side with our projects teams to deliver a successful event.

Responsibilities:

Pre-sales and marketing support activities
Resourceful & able to effectively explore and conclude sales opportunities
Able to actively generate new accounts & maintain existing accounts
Responding to sales enquiry, prepare quotations & customer accounts
Maintain good relationships with overseas and local clients
Be able to work with various departments to ensure deliverables
Manage and work on event related documentation and administration
Quotation, invoicing and payments
Exceed customer satisfaction
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of Experience in Sales/ Event Industry
Diploma equivalent cert. & above
Self-motivated, eager to learn, Independent, strong communication skills and a team player
Attention to details
Good presentation skills
Creative and great learning attitude
Independent, able to handle stress & Multi-tasking
Possess strong Interpersonal & Customer Service skills
Language: English & Mandarin (we seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients
Microsoft Office Proficiency
Candidates well versed in IT/ AV Equipment an Advantage
Candidates without experience are welcome to apply
