About the role

Are you a passionate and creative florist? We provider floral services in the Orchard Central Region, is seeking a full-time Florist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting stunning floral arrangements and bouquets to delight our customers.

• Creating beautiful floral designs and arrangements for a variety of occasions, including birthdays, wedding, workshop and daily deliveries
• Providing excellent customer service by advising clients on floral selections and coordinating delivery logistics
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, ensuring proper storage and handling of all floral materials
• Collaborating with the team to develop new floral design ideas and innovative concepts
• Assisting with inventory management and replenishing stock as needed

• At least 1 years of experience in a professional floral design role
• A passion for flowers and a keen eye for colour, texture, and composition
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet customer demands
