- Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in aircon installation, servicing, and maintenance contracts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients such as commercial buildings, offices, retail shops, and contractors
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations to promote company services
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements for clients
- Support in negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve sales targets
- Work closely with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies within the HVAC industry
- Expand company client base through networking, referrals, and partnerships
- Handle key accounts and ensure high level of customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in HVAC / construction / engineering industry
- Knowledge of aircon systems, maintenance contracts, or B2B sales is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Familiar with Singapore market and client handling
- Salary & Benefits
- Salary: SGD 2800 – SGD 4000 (depending on experience)
- Commission / incentive based on sales performance
- Transport allowance (if applicable)
- Annual leave and medical benefits as per MOM regulations
- Key KPI (Performance Indicators)
- Monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Number of new clients acquired
- Value of contracts secured (installation & maintenance)
- Client retention and satisfaction rate
