Position: Business Development Assistant Manager

  • Job Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in aircon installation, servicing, and maintenance contracts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients such as commercial buildings, offices, retail shops, and contractors
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations to promote company services
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements for clients
  • Support in negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve sales targets
  • Work closely with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies within the HVAC industry
  • Expand company client base through networking, referrals, and partnerships
  • Handle key accounts and ensure high level of customer satisfaction
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in HVAC / construction / engineering industry
  • Knowledge of aircon systems, maintenance contracts, or B2B sales is an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Familiar with Singapore market and client handling
  • Salary & Benefits
  • Salary: SGD 2800 – SGD 4000 (depending on experience)
  • Commission / incentive based on sales performance
  • Transport allowance (if applicable)
  • Annual leave and medical benefits as per MOM regulations
  • Key KPI (Performance Indicators)
  • Monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Number of new clients acquired
  • Value of contracts secured (installation & maintenance)
  • Client retention and satisfaction rate
