Fire Protection Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Fire Protection Maintenance Technician to perform inspection, servicing, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of fire protection systems at commercial, industrial, and residential sites across Singapore.

• Inspect, test, and maintain fire protection systems regularly to ensure operational safety and compliance
• Service and troubleshoot fire alarm systems, hose reels, extinguishers, sprinkler systems, emergency lighting, and related equipment to resolve faults and maintain functionality
• Respond promptly to site breakdowns and perform rectification works to restore system performance
• Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records for all assigned tasks
• Follow safety standards and company procedures strictly during all maintenance and servicing activities
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and site personnel to coordinate work and resolve issues
• Organize and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure a clean and safe environment

• Basic knowledge or experience in fire protection, mechanical & electrical (M&E), electrical, or maintenance works
• Possession of a Class 3 driving licence is an advantage
• Willingness to learn and develop skills through on-the-job training
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Physical fitness and comfort with hands-on outdoor and on-site work
