Job Description
- To manage laundry plant staff (washing and finishing department)
- To set and ensure daily/weekly KPI and targets
- To oversee laundry and garments’ finishing operations
- To oversee customer feedback and resolutions on garments finishing quality
- To oversee tech system implementation and feedback for improvement
- To report to laundry manager on daily production and quality matters
- To oversee the maintenance and upkeeping of washers, dryers, dryclean machines, garments finisher equipment
- To oversee the safety of the use of laundry machinery such as washing machines, dryers, dry-clean machine, garments finishers and etc.
- Diploma or relevant laundry operations experience (garments care and cleaning shall be preferred)
- You should have at least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Computer literate and confidence is using IT systems, Office and related productivity software
