Position: Front Desk Receptionist (Law Firm | Corporate Services)

  • Working hours: 5 days | Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 Basic + 14 Days Annual Leave + Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities
  • Attend to walk-in visitors and phone enquiries.
  • Provide general admin support (faxing, copying, printing).
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are ready.
  • Send reminders to clients for meetings and court dates.
  • Maintain office stationery and pantry supplies.
  • Assist with file archiving and other admin duties.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of front desk or office administration experience
  • Experience working in a law firm is an advantage
  • Able to start work immediately or on short notice preferred
