Internal Auditor - Geylang

Your Role

We're looking for a seasoned audit professional to lead end-to-end internal audit engagements, provide insightful recommendations, and drive continuous improvements. You’ll be managing a team, engaging stakeholders, and helping to shape the future of our audit function.

• Leadership & Team Development
• Supervise and guide audit staff in executing audit engagements
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and audit methodology training
• Audit Planning & Execution
• Develop and manage the annual audit plan and resource allocation
• Conduct risk-based audits to evaluate internal controls and compliance
• Design audit procedures, perform walkthroughs, and create process maps
• Draft and review professional audit reports and management letters
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support audit readiness
• Present key audit findings to auditees and regional audit leadership
• Contribute to internal audit budgeting and ensure effective cost management
• Continuous Improvement & Risk Management
• Identify control gaps and recommend process improvements
• Conduct follow-up audits to monitor remediation progress
• Champion a culture of accountability and audit excellence

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CIA or CPA preferred
• Proven experience in internal audit or risk management
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• A keen eye for detail and a drive to deliver value
