Job Summary:

Basic Salary range $2000 - $2500
$5000 sign on bonus
Shift Allowance $240
Working days: 6 days (Duty roster)
Working hours: Rotating Shifts
Location: Changi Airport
Annual Increment + AWS + Variable Bonus + Training Provided
Annual Leave 12 days

Job Responsibilities:

Menu Knowledge: Know our food & drinks well, especially the Singapore Hawker Fair. Share allergen and dietary info accurately.
Service Prep: Polish glassware & cutlery, set up stations and tables to high standards.
Guest Service: Welcome guests, take orders, serve dishes, clear tables, and assist with food running when needed.
Operations: Use POS systems, support inventory checks, and maintain daily reports.
Guest Support: Handle special requests, assist with service recovery, and follow safety, hygiene, and data protection protocols.

Job Requirements:

GCE ‘N’/‘O’/‘A’ Level or Diploma in any discipline
1-3 years relevant working experience.
Able to commit to a 6 day work week on rotating shifts (24/7), including weekends and Public Holidays.
Neat and well-groomed appearance with a professional demeanour.
Prior experience in food and beverage or hospitality will be an advantage
