QA / QC Specialist (Food Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities:
- Food Safety & Compliance
- Maintain Food Safety Certification Systems and documentation (ISO 22000, MUIS Halal, BizSafe Level 3, HCS)
- Handle internal and external audits
- Monitor and coordinate with maintenance vendors
- Quality Control & Production Efficiency
- Analyze production schedules to improve efficiency
- Conduct QC inspections and regular sensory evaluations
- Inventory Management
- Manage and reconcile inventory to ensure accuracy and optimal stock levels
- E-Commerce Operations
- Handle and manage online sales platforms and orders
- ESG Reporting
- Coordinate ESG reporting and maintain proper record
- Ad hoc tasks
- What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in QA, food manufacturing, or Halal compliance is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well with cross-functional teams
- Able to utilize both English & Chinese due to operational needs
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and quality control
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Singaporean / PR only
