About the role
Join The American Club as a Restaurant Manager and play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our members. In this full-time position, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our premier restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and efficiency.The role is located in the Orchard Central Region.
What you'll be doing- Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including inventory management, schedule planning, and budget control
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations
- Analyse sales data and member feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and dining experiences
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional development
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in inventory management, budget control, and data analysis
- Thorough understanding of food safety and health regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences
- Knowledge of Western cuisine, their preparation and service
