Primary and Secondary English Tutor (Part Time)

Job Description & Requirements:

Part time English Teacher at Ang Mo Kio Centre:

• Degree with good O/A Level English/GP Result
• Some tutoring experience is preferred
• Technical skills and competencies: Proficient in Word, PDF, Powerpoint

In this role, you will be required to:

• Teach English Language classes of around 3 to 13 students
• Students range from Primary 3 to Secondary 4 level
• Be familiar with PSLE and O Level syllabus
• Mark online PDF homework and physical homework
• Provide useful feedback for compositions and situational writing according to centre’s system when marking
• Communicate with parents for timely feedback to help students improve
• Do video recording of lessons
• Look after the well-being and welfare of the company’s students
• Conduct Lessons Hybrid (online and onsite)

Part time:

• Sunday 4 lessons (9.30am to 11.30pm), (11.30am to 1.30pm), (2.30pm to 4.30pm) and (4.30pm to 6.30pm)
• Wednesday 2 lessons (5-7pm) and (7-9pm)
• Sunday is fixed, Wednesday is optional
