Data Analyst (HR Employee Engagement Survey) - Geylang

Work Hours: Monday - Friday (Office Hours)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare employee listings for the survey.
• Assist with data mining, cleansing, and extraction.
• Provide data analytical support for engagement surveys, including verifying data accuracy and addressing or redirecting queries from other departments during and after the survey period.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for the survey, including primary staffing tasks, preparing communications and emails for stakeholder engagement, and creating presentation slides and meeting materials.
• Identify gaps in survey information and ensure proper documentation, maintenance, and enhancement of survey knowledge management.
• Manage primary staffing tasks and logistical arrangements, such as booking meeting venues, preparing equipment, and coordinating meeting materials.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirement:

• A good honours degree in any discipline
• Proficient in Advanced Microsoft Excel or any other data analytics tools
