About the role
At MYD Pleasant Home Design Pte Ltd, we are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. As an Interior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually stunning and functional living spaces for our esteemed clients.This is a full-time position located in the Paya Lebar East Region, offering you the opportunity to showcase your design expertise and contribute to the success of our company.
What you'll be doing- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements
- Conceptualise and develop innovative interior design solutions that are both aesthetically pleasing and practical
- Produce detailed design plans, including floor plans, 3D renderings, and mood boards
- Oversee the implementation of design projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to enhance your creative approach
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations to clients
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the interior design industry, preferably in the residential sector
- Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong visual and spatial awareness, with the ability to translate client requirements into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
- Effective communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Passion for interior design and a keen eye for detail
