Plan and coordinate venues and vendors for events and roadshows

Handle event logistics, set-up, and stock management
Support promotional fulfilment and respond to group and corporate enquiries
Assist with sourcing of festive gifts and manage campaign timelines
Handle vendor quotes, payments, and tracking
Track event results, RSVP lists, and feedback
Manage inventory of marketing materials, merchandise, and flyers
Prepare monthly reports on campaign and sales performance
Perform on-site checks to ensure event set-up and adherence to brand guidelines

Requirements:

Min Degree in Business / Marketing or any related field
Min 1 year experience in marketing and event coordination
Experience in Canva is a bonus
Working Location: Orchard
Working hours: Mon to Fri (8:30am - 6pm)
Comfortable to work weekends if event required
Salary: Up to $4000
1 year contract, renewable
Completion bonus upon completion of full year contract
