Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, managing scope, quality, budget, timeline, and resources.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve conflicts.
- Govern project changes, risks, issues, and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
- Drive agile delivery, manage enhancements, and ensure compliance with SDLC/process standards.
- Provide clear reporting and communication to senior leadership and project committees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, or related field; PMP/Agile certification preferred.
- 15+ years of project management experience in banking or financial services.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Proven track record in deliveringAPI, digital channels, or corporate banking projects.
- Adaptable, analytical, and able to drive outcomes in a fast-paced, complex environment.
