Geylang - Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will work within this unified team structure to ensure every project is delivered with financial clarity, contractual discipline, and operational coherence.

• Perform end-to-end cost control: from estimates and tenders to progress claims and final accounts
• Collaborate directly with the Project Manager and site team as part of a dedicated delivery pod
• Track and report costs proactively; flag variations and deviations early
• Prepare procurement packages and liaise with vendors and subcontractors
• Maintain accurate contract documentation and drive timely submissions
• Contribute to team meetings and planning sessions to ensure alignment across functions
• Leverage digital tools to standardise reporting and workflows

• Strong analytical and commercial skills, with attention to detail
• Collaborative mindset and able to align with other roles within a delivery team
• Self-driven, with the ability to track deliverables and follow through
• Familiarity with digital systems, or willingness to learn (Microsoft-based environment)
• Background in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Construction Management preferred
• Experience helpful but not required — attitude and alignment matter most
