Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs on workshop machinery and facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic control systems.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance based on the yearly machine servicing schedule and checklist.
- Maintain accurate records of machine maintenance and updates.
- Utilize and interpret electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams for troubleshooting purposes.
- Ensure the safekeeping of maintenance tools and measuring instruments.
- Conduct safety inspections in the workplace and adhere to safety protocols.
- Perform daily housekeeping duties in the maintenance areas.
- Carry out routine equipment maintenance checks on assigned areas.
- Execute any additional duties as assigned by immediate supervisors.
- NTC 3 in Electrical Technology.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of welding machines, overhead cranes, and CNC machines.
