About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous and dependable Compliance & Secretariat Executive to ensure our organisation remains aligned with regulatory standards, audit readiness, and best governance practices. Key Responsibilities- Compliance & Governance
- Develop and maintain compliance frameworks aligned with the Code of Governance, PDPA, and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify gaps and implement control measures.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of compliance records.
- Conduct staff training and awareness sessions to foster a culture of accountability and compliance.
- Secretariat Support
- Prepare and maintain accurate minutes for Board and Management Committee meetings.
- Support governance documentation, reporting, and internal communications.
- Organisational Integrity
- Coordinate initiatives that promote ethical practices and uphold Metta’s core values.
- Provide administrative and project support to the Manager as needed.
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in compliance, audit, governance, or administrative roles
- Familiarity with regulatory environments and audit processes
- Strong command of Microsoft Office and Office 365 tools
- Meticulous, organised, and analytical with excellent time management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Committed to professionalism, confidentiality, and high ethical standards
