Operations Manager (Housekeeping)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Operations Manager to oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple sites in Singapore. The role involves managing manpower, maintaining service quality, ensuring workplace safety, and building good relationships with clients.

• Manage daily housekeeping and cleaning operations at assigned sites.
• Supervise and support site supervisors and cleaning staff.
• Plan staff deployment, schedules, and manpower requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure service quality.
• Address operational issues and resolve client concerns promptly.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and workplace safety requirements.
• Monitor the use of cleaning equipment, supplies, and resources.
• Prepare operational reports and updates for management.

• Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping operations.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Experience managing multiple sites and teams.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with Singapore workplace safety practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
